Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services offered by My Kharagpur Hub (MKH), including featured listings, advertisements, and promotional packages.

1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance for paid listings or promotional services. Once payment is processed, it confirms your agreement to this policy.

2. Refund Policy

• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds may be approved only if the service has not been delivered.
• If a listing is already published, refund may not be applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be sent via official email.
• Cancellation after service activation may not be eligible for refund.
• MKH reserves the right to cancel listings that violate policies.

4. Management Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to management review. The final decision of MKH will be binding.
